Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supply & Fit platform ("Service"), provided to trade businesses to manage leads, jobs, inventory, quotes, invoices and customer communication. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your business.

2. Your workspace and account

A workspace is owned by the business that creates it. The workspace owner is responsible for inviting team members, assigning roles and ensuring everyone with access understands these Terms. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service or interfere with another customer's workspace.
• Send unsolicited marketing through the platform.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process that data only to provide and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your workspace is active.

6. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Service available and performant, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by you in that period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your workspace data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect.
